Job
crafting within organizations can be supported on three levels, the
organizational level, the team level, and the employee team member level.
Individual growth leads to team growth which leads to organizational growth
(Cianni & Wnuck, 1997). As a result of the lack of organizational
management support, employee team members may not be aware of job crafting and
what it entails let alone collaborative job crafting. Awareness should be
raised among employee team members to partake in job crafting which will
provide them the chances to develop their talents (Tims, Bakker, & Derks,
2014; Bakker, Tims, & Derks, 2012).
