Team Job Crafting

Team job crafting was created from job crafting. Team job crafting, also known as collaborative job crafting, is a collective process when team members discuss what skills need to be crafted and how these skills will contribute towards their job demands, resources, and the goals of each employee team member (Leana, Appelbaum, & Shevchuk, 2009). If employee team members can individually craft their career on a team, they can craft their career within the team collaboratively helping one another to reach their individual career goals.
