Moving from being an Overlooker to being Observant

Current leadership skill level: Over-looker. A leader who over-looks details may not understand what they are looking for. This skill-set references back to being knowledgeable.

How to build being observant as a strength: A leader who understands their role will be an observer such as a charismatic leader. To build this strength a leader can show themselves as a risk-taker (Conger & Kanungo, 1987).
