Moving from being Passive to Persistent

Current leadership skill level: Passive. A passive leader can be considered unconcerned or unaware. According to Boddy, Galvin, & Ladyshewsky (2009) managers in financial fields have been known to have no emotional care for team members which resembles a passive behavior.

How to build persistence as a strength: To build persistence a leader must practice persistence and not passiveness. Leaders must be intentional in their duties to lead a team.
