Moving from being Too Quick to Qualified

Current leadership skill-set: Quick Moving. The danger of a leader moving too quickly can cause for things to be over-looked as discussed previously. Directive leaders have been known to move too quickly causing mistakes in leadership (Li, Liu, & Luo 2018).

How to build qualifications as a strength: To become qualified in a skill-set a leader must study the area of need as much as possible.
