Moving from being Moody to Mature

Current leadership skill level: Moody. A moody leader is one who cannot suppress their emotions (Menges, Kilduff, Kern, & Bruch, 2015). It takes a level of maturity to regulate one’s emotions.

How to build matureness as a strength: A leader who can control their emotions can switch their attention to important matters and off themselves.
