I recently
attended a commencement for a family member where various speeches was given and they all spoke of a new beginning and the ending of a chapter. The
word “commencement” is defined as a beginning or a start. Many people look at
the commencement ceremonies as an end to an era in their life. The actual truth
is where an era/chapter ends, there is always a beginning of a new era/chapter. We
as adults are always beginning something new. We commence our day and
activities on a regular basis, but are we paying attention to the commencement in
the moment? Today I encourage you to not allow yourself to be motivated by the
end of a era/chapter, but be motivated by the commencement of a era/chapter. Here is a
