Have you ever heard the phrases “this is my new chance” or “this is a new opportunity for me”? I am sure you have. We all have probably said these same phrases at one time or another. But when you stop to think about it, isn't every day a new opportunity? Isn't every day a new chance to start anew? Sometimes we get caught up in what is going on and/or what's not going on we forget about what's in front of us and how to live. Here is some simple advice; stop right now and look at what's around you, what do you see? Do you see clothes on your body? Or your car in the parking lot? Let's take time to live in the moment and treat each minute as another opportunity to start anew. It takes one decision to start anew and that can be at any time you decide. The key word is YOU!
