10 things you should do everyday



Hello Friends,
 
1. Pray, meditate, or reflect.
2. Read, even if only 15 minutes. Read something
3. Help someone
4. Smile
5. Be grateful
6. Some sort of physical activity. Yes taking the stairs counts.
7. Plan for the day, month, year, or your next move
8. Take time to think
9. Eat healthy
10. Avoid negativity at all costs
 
Honorable mention: Learn
 
I encourage you to examine this list, add to it, and implement these into your life. I promise it will change your life. I try to do each one of these every day.
